I really was like I got great value for my money , with a spacious and well-equipped room, made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring, and Mark, the staff member who helped us, was kind and made our check-in experience smooth and cute.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with better cutlery availability.

Good looking hotel, I loved delicious breakfast!
Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Melbourne. It was clean with good customer service. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a police museum...

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the city. I really appreciated the option of having a kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare light meals. The fitness center was impressive; it was a great way to break a sweat after a long day of meetings. the hotel’s location was fantastic—just a short walk to the DFO and South Wharf for dining options, and only a quick jaunt to the city's main attractions. I also loved that the staff was always polite and ready to assist with anything I needed.

I had a fantastic experience at Oakwood Premier. The staff was really good, making check-in quick and easy. I arrived early after a long drive, and they kindly stored my luggage while I explored the area. Mark even surprised us with a complimentary suite upgrade, which was lovely! The room was immaculate and well-equipped with great views from the bedroom window, and the location couldn't be better, especially being close to shopping and local markets.
Nothing to complain about! 😌.

I was very eager to visit the Shrine of Remembrance, as its historical significance piqued my interest deeply. The location of Oakwood Premier was ideal for my plans, and I was pleasantly surprised by the dry cleaning and laundry services, which made my stay much more convenient. I also enjoyed relaxing at the bar/lounge, where I could quench my thirst with my favorite drink after a long day of exploring. The hotel’s spotless environment further enhanced my overall experience.
the deposit was doubled upon arrival to $200 from $100. It took me 40 minutes just to get into my room, as my key card wasn’t working, resulting in multiple frustrating trips to the lobby for assistance.

The check-in was ridiculously slow, and I ended up in a room with a queen bed instead of the twins I booked. It took forever to get it sorted, ruining our evening plans.
