    I really was like I got great value for my money , with a spacious and well-equipped room, made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring, and Mark, the staff member who helped us, was kind and made our check-in experience smooth and cute.

    Hotel breakfast could be improved with better cutlery availability.

    luxurious place with brilliantly helpful staff and lovely food. lots of food available in the lobby. peaceful and decent location close to public transport, beautiful restaurants in the local area. for tea or coffee visit sidearm cafe nearby.

The location of Oakwood Premier was ideal for my plans, and I was pleasantly surprised by the dry cleaning and laundry services, which made my stay much more convenient. I also enjoyed relaxing at the bar/lounge, where I could quench my thirst with my favorite drink after a long day of exploring. The hotel’s spotless environment further enhanced my overall experience.

    the deposit was doubled upon arrival to $200 from $100. It took me 40 minutes just to get into my room, as my key card wasn’t working, resulting in multiple frustrating trips to the lobby for assistance.
